This page explains how to delete your UrbanbuyDDN account and the data linked to it. UrbanbuyDDN is the shopping app and website of Urban Buy Superstore (urbanbuyddn.com), Dehradun, Uttarakhand. You can make this request without installing or logging in to the app.
How to request deletion
- Fill in the form below with the name, email address and phone number you used on your account. (You can also email supermarketbyas@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion request”, or message us on WhatsApp at +91 74090 70956.)
- We confirm it is you. We may contact you on the registered email or phone number so that nobody else can delete your account.
- We delete your account and data within 30 days of your request and email you when it is done.

Data that is deleted
- Your account (login, username and password)
- Name, email address and phone number
- Saved billing and delivery addresses
- Wishlist, cart and saved preferences
- Product reviews and comments linked to your account
- Marketing and notification preferences
Data that may be kept, and for how long
- Order and invoice records (items, amounts, delivery address on past orders): kept for up to 6 years because tax and accounting law requires it. These are kept only for that legal purpose.
- Payment records: card and UPI details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored on our servers. The provider keeps its own transaction records under its own policy.
- Security and fraud-prevention logs: kept for up to 90 days.
- Backups: deleted data disappears from our backups within 90 days.
After the retention period, this data is also deleted. We do not use retained data for marketing.
